Sudeuropa initially provokes the viewer: pictures of cliffs filmed  
from the sky, beautiful scenery and satisfied holidaymakers flicker  
across the screen; yet there are stories to be heard from  
clandestini, illegal migrants on the margins of Europe. This video by  
the Swiss/Italian artist duo shows how clandestinis’ access to  
visibility is controlled as fiercely as their access to chic,  
Mediterranean port towns.
