Shift Kids

The kids’ programme is an open invitation to big and little kids to discover (more about) electronic music. At specially built sound tables, between four and six kids at a time can make music and experiment with electronically generated sounds. The man behind this invention is Michael Bradke (*1961), a musician, musicologist and educationalist, founder of Düsseldorf’s Mobile Music Museum. For his many years of work at the interface of education and music he was presented with Germany’s ‘Children’s Culture Award’ in 2000.
